WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
- You create a long-term plan and meet set business objectives within the assigned category with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Manage the assigned assortment and look for new opportunities based on analysis
- Evaluate category sales and actively participate in setting strategies in collaboration with colleagues
- Under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager, you develop your negotiation, analytical and business skills and you will help him/her with diverse tasks
- Monitor competitors, keep an eye on current trends and visit stores regularly
- Support the purchasing team, create analyses
- Actively participate in projects within the department
- You are responsible for the local market and you adjust your strategy to the local customer preferences
